Last month I spent a few weeks in my hometown of Perth - mostly checking out Fremantle and drinking coffee at Moore & Moore. The little cafe doesn't have a line out the door each lunch-time just because of it's incredible coffee... The food is ridiculous - I had to try the tappas plate (above) a couple of times - you know, to make sure it wasn't just once-off-amazeness.... haha.

BUT, Moore & Moore is also an art gallery - showcasing some stunning artists in the old, high-ceiling, maybe-this-place-used-to-be-a-jail type vibe that Freo has going for it... I couldn't get enough of the beautiful works by Anya Brock. You can check more of her stuff out here.

"Today's Look" with Andrew Mukamal in New York

One of the greatest things about the world of blogging and fashion online is the connections you can make all over the world via Twitter, Facebook etc...I came across Andrew Mukamal via Margaret Zhang the genius behind the blog Shine By Three when she recently visited New York. 

Andrew is a stylist living in New York, has longer hair than me and is as enthusiastic as an arrow that's just been shot from it's bow and I had such a blast enjoying a sneaky Champagne and blogger/fashion/music chat with him!! PS. Those incredible pants are by The Story Of, from Market HQ.

The Story Of.

It's not often that I come across a label that makes me sick. 

So much the epitome of my own personal style that I actually get annoyed. (Well, annoyed with excitement!)

Do you ever get that?? Maybe I'm just weird. Haha

But seriously, the 2012 fall / winter collection from The Story Of is simply epic.

The way I choose to express myself bends the spectrum of desire, happiness, love, sadness, cheekiness, and blinding darkness... I could go on forever... My music and personal style is very much that - personal. I like to make things my own. I'm not gonna do something how you're 'supposed to' do it just because someone else told you to tell me to do it that way. There's enough of that in the world.
I'm on my own trip thankyouverymuch.

And so, along comes this collection (I counted 116 individual pieces!!) from The Story Of - which is born from the diversely rich culture and heritage of tropical Bali by the stunning and creatively blessed Kukuh Zuttion.

Mind = Blown.

If you're into the whole vibe of creative music and fashion...
