Mojo Family

Bracelet: Sari Glassman @ Boticca   |   Cardi: Lola VS Harper @ Love of Eos   |   Wild Side Ring: Wild & Free Jewelry
Tank: One Family   |   Skull Headband: DIY

Is that not just the coolest little bracelet ever? It's made by Sari Glassman who sells her customizable pieces on Boticca - the only place to find completely unique jewelry from all around the world. She'll make you whatever you want.

I realised the other day that my go-to outfits for every day don't always get a look in here. You know, the things you always throw on when you don't have time to think. On any given day when I'm *working* from home, you'll generally find me wearing this One Family tank or the Lola VS Harper fringed bolero that I found in the back pages of a cute little online store Love of Eos

The tank is actually a men's singlet in XL and it lives on it's own special hook on the back of my wardrobe door - for easy access. It's what I throw on when I need to run for coffee in the morning or take Memphis out for a walk. And this stunning little velvet detailed bolero is perfect for the in between weather, it scrunches up to fit into any bag and adds the gypsy when there isn't any.

*Working refers to colouring in, playing guitar, sketching and finding inspiration

I tie-dye dip dyed my hair again, but it washed out so incredibly fast this time. Booo.
I need to try the Colour Lock Shampoo - I used Fudge Paintbox Colours.

Dip-Dye, Balayge and Ombre Hair Inspo...

S
It's that time of year when the sun is peaking out and the beach is calling... The festive season has kicked off and what are us girls thinking about? HAIR! Haha - Admit it...

I could seriously look at pictures of all day of the all this dip-dye hair, balayage and ombre artistry that's going on! I've been blonde for a REALLY long time and whilst I experiment with the rainbow dip-dye stuff from time to time I think I'm ready to jump on the balayage band wagon...
Here's some inspiration for the jump...

THE BALAYAGE & DIP DYE CHICKS
Nicole Richie - The original.

Lara Bingle - Seriously to-die-for colour, cut and texture! But sadly I won't do the chop. Thanks for the fantasy anyway.

Mary-Kate Olsen - Interesting I have to say... but WHAT is that black feather thing hanging out the back?

Blake Lively - The closest to what I'm thinking...

Lauren Conrad you're definitely out there on your own with the heavy dip-dye thing. Bold and intense - I'll give her extra credit for that but I have to admit... I don't really dig this look. OTT.
Drew Barrymore - No.
Rachel Bilson - You get my brunette vote. Seeing this makes me wanna go dark.

Yep, alright. I'm convinced.
I'll keep you posted on what happens when I dooooo itttt!!

HUGEMONGOUS GIVEAWAY COMING ON FRIDAY!
We're talking Tony Bianco, Stylestalker, Becca Cosmetics, Lotus Mendes and Azuki...
And that's just the begining!

See you then Mojos xx

My New Tie-Dye, Dip Dye Hair

S

Finally some pictures of my dip-dyed hair!
I used Fudge Painbox Semi-Permanent Colours and painted it on freehand to get the blending / tie-dye look. I left it on for waaaaaay longer than they suggest which makes the colour super vibrant and also last longer! Not sure what colours I'll try next but I'd love suggestions :)

Don't forget the Gorgeous Cosmetics Giveaway that's still running, for your chance to win... Click here x

They've all experimanted with the dip dye thing... I've actually had the top few images stuck in my MojoInspiration book for over a year now - So I've been thinking about doing it for a long time...

Last summer I experimented a little with some purple tips but I just came across this amazing how-to-RAINBOW-dip-dye tutorial on thebeautydepartment.com ... And I'm SO sold!!
